In an era of product homogenization, technological homogenization, and fierce competition, after-sales service has become a strategic decision for organizations and is one of the decisive factors for the survival of a company. After-sales service certification is a national, industry-wide service certification approved by our country.
Achieving after-sales service certification for products can help businesses:
a) Establish a more systematic, comprehensive, and effective product after-sales service management system to enhance the company's after-sales service level and awareness.
b) Enhance the organization's competitiveness in both domestic and international markets, providing important guarantees for the realization of the organization's brand strategy.
c) Boost sales performance, enhance customer confidence in purchasing products, and secure more market opportunities.
d) Demonstrate the organization's after-sales service capabilities and enhance its image.
Wholesale refers to the activities of wholesalers selling consumer goods and production materials in bulk to wholesalers, retailers, and other enterprises, institutions, and government agencies, as well as engaging in import and export trade and trade brokerage and agency services. Wholesalers may own the goods they distribute and conduct transactions in their own or company's name; they may also act as intermediaries, selling goods on behalf of others without owning the goods. This category also includes wholesale activities from fixed stalls in various commodity wholesale markets. Retail refers to sales activities aimed primarily at final consumers (such as residents) through department stores, supermarkets, specialized retail stores, brand boutiques, vendor stalls, etc. This includes sales conducted through the internet, postal service, telephone, vending machines, and other means. It also encompasses stores where products are produced behind the scenes at the same location for front-end sales (such as bakeries with a shop in front and a bakery in back).
The service certification is valid for three years, requiring an annual review. After three years, a new certificate is needed. Based on the supervision and audit results, the registration of the certification can be maintained, suspended, or revoked.
If not renewed or replaced on time, the certificate will be suspended, facing expiration and invalidation, and will not be usable.
