Detailed Description:
Overview:
Spray drying is a widely used process in the liquid process forming and drying industry. It is suitable for producing powdered or granular solid products from solutions, slurries, suspensions, and paste-like liquid raw materials. Therefore, when the particle size distribution, moisture content, bulk density, and particle shape of the finished product need to meet precise standards, spray drying is an ideal process.
Principle:
Air is filtered and heated, then enters the top air distributor of the drier, where it spirals evenly into the drying chamber. The liquid material is atomized into extremely fine mist droplets by a high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower (rotating), and it is dried into finished product by concurrent contact with the hot air in a very short time. The finished product is continuously discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, while the waste gas is exhausted by the fan.
Features:
● Fast drying speed, after the material liquid is atomized, the surface area is greatly increased, and it can evaporate instantly in the hot air flow.95%-98%Moisture content, with a drying time of just a few seconds, ideal for heat-sensitive material drying.
● The product exhibits excellent uniformity, fluidity, and solubility with high purity and good quality.
● Simplified production process, easy operation and control. For moisture content40-60%(Special materials available90%)The liquid can be dried into a powdered product in one step, eliminating the need for crushing and sieving, thus reducing production processes and enhancing product purity. The particle size, bulk density, and moisture content can be adjusted within a certain range by modifying operating conditions, making control and management convenient.
