Overview:
XSGOur Series of Rotating Flash Dryers is a new type of drying equipment developed by our factory on the basis of introducing and absorbing foreign technology. The machine boasts rational design, compact structure, wide application range, large production capacity, high-quality products, high efficiency, energy-saving features, and can complete drying, crushing, and sieving in one go within a single unit. It eliminates environmental pollution and achieves performance levels of the technology standard.
Principle:
Hot air enters the mixing and crushing drying chamber from the bottom of the dryer through the inlet pipe at an appropriate jet speed, exerting strong shearing, blowing, and rotating forces on the material. This causes the material to be micronized through centrifugal force, shearing, collision, and friction, enhancing mass and heat transfer. At the bottom of the dryer, larger and wetter particle clusters are mechanically crushed by the agitator. The particles with lower moisture content and smaller particle size are carried upwards by the rotating air flow, further drying as they rise. Due to the rotating flow of the gas-solid phases, the inertia of the solid phase is greater than that of the gas phase, resulting in a higher relative velocity between the two phases, which strengthens mass and heat transfer between them. Therefore, the machine has a high production intensity.

● A variety of dosing devices are available for selection, ensuring continuous and stable dosing without bridging during the process.
The dryer's bottom features a special cooling system, preventing material from deteriorating in the high-temperature area at the bottom.
Special pressure-sealed devices and bearing cooling systems effectively extend the service life of the transmission components.
● Special wind-dividing device reduces equipment resistance and effectively provides the dryer's processing airflow.
The drying chamber is equipped with grading rings and swirling vanes, allowing for adjustable particle fineness and final moisture content (e.g., the final moisture content of calcium carbonate can be adjusted to ≤).0.1%)
Compared to other drying methods, it can effectively increase the material's specific gravity.
● High circumferential air velocity in the drying room, short material residence time, effectively preventing material adhesion to the wall and thermal-sensitive material deterioration, achieving fast, small equipment, and large-scale production.
