Product Features
(1) Transparency: The PC sheet has a light transmission rate of up to 89%, comparable to glass. The UV-coated board will not fade, become hazy, or have poor light transmission when exposed to sunlight. After ten years, the light transmission loss is only 10%, while PVC loses up to 15%-20%, and glass fiber loses 12%-20%.
(2) Impact Resistance: Its impact strength is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, 30 times that of acrylic plates of the same thickness, and 2-20 times that of tempered glass. It can withstand a fall of two meters without cracking using a hammer under 3kg, earning it the nickname of "Unbreakable Glass" and "Sound Steel."
(3) UV Protection: The PC sheet has an anti-UV (UV) coating on one side and anti-condensation treatment on the other, combining UV protection, heat insulation, and anti-dew fogging features. It blocks UV rays from passing through, making it suitable for protecting artworks and exhibits from UV damage.

(5) Flame Retardant: According to the National Standard GB8624-2006, PC Sunboard is classified as flame-retardant B grade. The ignition point of PC board is 580°C, it will self-extinguish after being removed from the flame, and will not produce toxic gases or contribute to the spread of fire.
(6) Flexibility: Cold bending on-site according to design drawings is possible to install in arch, semi-circular roof and windows. The bending radius is 175 times the thickness of the sheet, and hot bending is also available.
