Ozone is scarce in the atmosphere yet a primary cause of rubber cracking. The ozone aging chamber simulates and intensifies atmospheric ozone conditions, studying the effects of ozone on rubber. This method rapidly identifies and evaluates the ozone resistance of rubber and the protective efficacy of ozone inhibitors, enabling effective anti-aging measures to extend the service life of rubber products. The equipment generates ozone gas from a silent ozone generator, mixed with a certain amount of treated air, which is then introduced into the test chamber. The UV monitor continuously detects the ozone concentration, feeding back to the ozone generator's control system to effectively control ozone generation based on set values, maintaining a suitable ozone concentration in the chamber. The chamber operates with a heating and humidifying system, ensuring all testing conditions are met.
