Stainless Steel Electrically Heated Reactor Vessel
The stainless steel electric heating reaction kettle features rapid heating, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, hygiene, environmental pollution-free, automatic temperature control without boilers, and ease of use. It is widely used in the petrochemical, rubber, dye, food industries, and for processes such as vulcanization, nitration, hydrogenation, hydrocarbonation, polymerization, and condensation. It requires thorough mixing of the reacting substances and necessitates a stirrer for effective heating, condensation, liquid extraction, and gas absorption processes. We can also design and process externally coiled reaction kettles for customers.
The reactor is composed of the pot body, pot cover, agitator, jacket, support, and transmission device, with the material and openings customizable according to the user's process requirements. Heating methods include electric, oil, gas, water (or condensation), and open flame heating. Jacket types include jacketed and semi-tubular, with jacketed oil heating models featuring flow guidance devices. Agitation types generally include paddle, anchor, frame, screw blade, and scraper designs. High-speed types include diffuser, turbine, high-shear, and propeller, allowing customers to choose based on their process. Transmission types include standard motors, explosion-proof motors, electromagnetic speed control motors, and inverters. The shaft seal options are water-cooled condensate filling, combined PTFE filling, and mechanical seals. Discharge types include ball valves and lowering valves.
