Determination method for the density of the internal material in a glass-lined reactor:
1. If users of glass-lined reactors require material density measurement, they should specify the need for a densitometer when purchasing the reactor. This way, we can pre-allocate an installation port for the densitometer on the reactor's lid or create two densitometer ports on the cylinder side, typically in the form of a flat welding flange connection.
2. The hydrometer used for the glass-lined reactor should be designed in a style similar to a glass-lined temperature sleeve, directly inserted into the reactor's material or mounted directly on the reactor's side with a flanged hydrometer.
3. Density Meter Selection: The material's characteristics include pH level, temperature, viscosity, etc., and a density meter should be chosen based on the actual operating conditions.
4. Turbine Reactor Density Meter Display: Installed at the top or side of the density meter, equipped with a sensor connected to the bottom via a junction. Optional on-site digital display; for display on a DCS, select a meter with a 4-20mA signal output.
