Packaging Fabric: Non-woven, Plain Weave Non-woven, Lightweight Non-woven, Thin Non-woven, in white color, suitable for rubber cables, power cables, wires, communication cables, coaxial cables, audio stage cables, and optical fibers, etc. They are finer and lighter, making the cable manufacturing cost low and flexible, ideal for covering various wires and cables. The non-woven fabric for cables is heat-resistant up to 230 degrees without melting or deforming, and does not require woven fabrics. It boasts excellent corrosion and sulfur resistance.
Additionally, as the cable cores can be connected under external force, the cable jacket is required to have high tensile strength and low elongation. The structure of the cable packaging fabric is mostly non-woven, while woven fabrics used for cable packaging are relatively scarce. Since non-woven fabrics are made without spinning and weaving, they merely arrange short textile fibers or filaments in a directional or random manner to form a fiber network structure, which is then reinforced using mechanical, thermal bonding, or chemical methods.
