They are flexible and suitable for various wire and cable coverings, cable non-woven materials, and have instant temperature resistance, capable of withstanding 230 degrees without melting or deforming. They do not require cable woven fabrics and offer excellent resistance to corrosion and sulfurization.
Additionally, since cable cores can be connected under external force, the cable covering is required to have high tensile strength and low elongation. The structure of cable packaging fabrics is mostly non-woven, while woven fabrics used for cable packaging are relatively scarce. As non-woven fabrics do not require spinning or weaving, they arrange short textile fibers or filaments in a directional or random alignment to form a fiber network structure, and then reinforce it using mechanical, thermal bonding, or chemical methods.
