Packaging Fabric: Non-woven fabric, plain non-woven, lightweight non-woven, thin non-woven, available in white color. Suitable for rubber cables, power cables, wires, communication cables, coaxial cables, audio stage cables, and optical fibers. They are finer and lighter, making cable manufacturing cost-effective. They offer flexibility, suitable for various wire and cable coatings. The non-woven fabric for cables is resistant to high temperatures up to 230 degrees without melting or deforming, and does not require cable woven fabrics. It boasts excellent corrosion and sulfur resistance.
Additionally, since cable cores can be connected together under external force, the cable covering is required to have high tensile strength and low elongation. The structure of cable packaging fabrics is mostly non-woven, while woven fabrics used for cable packaging are relatively scarce. As non-woven fabrics do not require spinning or weaving, they arrange short textile fibers or filaments in an oriented or random manner to form a fiber network structure, and then reinforce it using mechanical, thermal bonding, or chemical methods.
