Vanta Analyzer for compliance and security screening, Imported Olympus Element Analyzer, Spectrometer, Alloy Analyzer
Vanta handheld XRF analyzer for RoHS and consumer safety
Robust, Improved and Enhanced, High-Efficiency and Productive
The Vanta portable XRF analyzer performs rapid and accurate elemental analysis for lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), arsenic (As), mercury (Hg), chromium (Cr), and other toxic metals in consumer products such as toys, clothing, footwear, and electronic devices, to determine compliance with RoHS regulations. The Vanta analyzer is an ideal tool for completing reasonable testing projects. The optional 5-megapixel panoramic camera on the Vanta handheld analyzer, combined with wireless LAN connectivity, allows for easy archiving of sample images and results. Each Vanta analyzer utilizes Olympus' ultra-low noise Axon technology, offering exceptional sensitivity, very low detection limits, and accurate pass/fail results for monitored elements.

Robust
The Vanta series analyzers are highly durable and reliable, operating for extended periods with a low cost of ownership. The Vanta analyzers have passed the drop test according to the U.S. Department of Defense standard (MIL-STD-810G), reducing the risk of damage when the analyzer is accidentally dropped or bumped, thus avoiding costly repair fees for users.
The Vanta analyzer also meets the IP 55 rating standard, offering dust and water resistance, ensuring protection from various hazardous factors even in challenging environments.
The Vanta analyzer can operate continuously within a temperature range of -10 °C to 50 °C, ensuring prolonged uptime without wasting time waiting for the analyzer to cool down.
The M series analyzers meet the IP54 rating standard.
** Optional fan included. Can operate continuously without fan at 33 °C.

Lowest detectable limit for compliance applications
The Vanta handheld XRF analyzer can quickly provide test results for detecting lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), and other regulated toxic elements in consumer products, electronic goods, and recyclables.
The purpose of the government agency implementing relevant regulations is to protect the public from the hazards of toxic pollutants present in consumer products and electronic devices. In the application of monitoring whether consumer products comply with regulatory requirements, the Vanta analyzer can quickly and non-destructively screen consumer products on-site, making it an essential tool for establishing a reasonable testing plan.
Compliance Application for Consumer Products
Manufacturers and recyclers can use the Vanta analyzer to screen consumer products for lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), arsenic (As), mercury (Hg), chromium (Cr), and other toxic metals, to determine if they meet RoHS requirements. These consumer products include:
Toys, jewelry, trinkets, crayons, chalk, plastic, lunch boxes, and backpacks
Apparel and Accessories: Clothing, Zippers, Buttons, Patches, Artificial Diamonds, Embellishments, Pockets, and Wallets
Sports goods, complete swing sets, outdoor dining tables, platforms, and fences
Decorative tableware, colorful pottery items, and silver-plated concave vessels
Candy Wrapping Paper, Baby Food, Supplies & Food
Curtain fabrics, furniture, and carpets
Automobiles, car seats, leather, fibers, interior decorations, knobs, wheels, and wheel cushions

Recycled Products and Consumer Electronics
The Vanta analyzer, upon configuration, can provide pass/fail results for a variety of recycling products and consumer electronics. Relevant commands and products are as follows:
Comply with the RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) Directive, which restricts hazardous substances such as lead (Pb), mercury (Hg), chromium (Cr), bromine (Br), and cadmium (Cd).
Comply with regulations for lead-free online PCBs, cables, interfaces, printed circuit boards, metal components, and solders.
Packaging Materials
Batteries, paint, fertilizers, plastic coatings, and metal coatings
Automobiles, car seats, leather, fibers, interior decorations, knobs, wheels, and wheel cushions
