Target the right objectives:
DELTA employs an integrated CMOS camera and a micro-point collimator, enabling localized concentrated inspection of individual components on electronic and consumer products.

With just one button press, you can utilize the 3mm diameter X-ray microspot collimation feature. The video playing on the screen indicates the analyzed point area, and the sample images can also be archived in memory for future use in compiling comprehensive inspection reports.

A. Categories
• The intelligent software will determine whether the material is an alloy, a mixture, or a polymer.
• Category operations can also be set by the user.
B. Is lead on the surface or the base?
• If the "Pb" (Lead) turns blue, it indicates that the surface contains lead.
• If the "Pb" (Lead) turns blue below, it indicates that the base contains lead.
C. Chemical Composition
• Calculation results with +/- tolerance.
• For each element, a "Pass/Fail" result is determined by comparing it with the predetermined behavior level.
• The behavior level can be set by the user.

DELTA's PC report generation software allows users to create reports on-site instantly, which can include analysis results, qualitative sample information, spectral data, and sample images.
The DELTA analyzer's archived files are traceable, making it an ideal tool for completing "Reasonable Testing Programs" (RTP).
Reliable results
DELTA can automatically identify the type of sample material (polymer, alloy, or mixture) and optimize measurement conditions accordingly. The analyzer can distinguish non-homogeneous (mixed) samples and alert the operator. This is crucial for ensuring foolproof operation. DELTA can also determine whether the lead (Pb) element is on the surface or in the base of the material.
