1. Principle of average load distribution across all passes, even load distribution across the full roller line, balanced wear, and extended roller service life.

2. The use of C12MoV material for rolling mills takes advantage of its wear resistance, but its specific strength and hardness are contradictory. During heat treatment, the red hardness of C12MoV must be utilized, and the hardness can only be achieved after two or even three tempering cycles following quenching.

3. The track arc section is the core part of the slider. After the initial shaping of the arc, when bending the upright edges in subsequent passes, the formed arcs should be effectively restrained through the upper and lower rolling rolls or cross wheels. Otherwise, the arc positions will change during the stretching process, with the R value decreasing to form a triangle, the ball bearing not reaching the bottom, resulting in noise from the two-point contact. When the R value increases, it may cause the track to vibrate, making the slider's trajectory blurred, unevenly distributed stress, slider deformation, and shortened lifespan.

4. Rolling stability issues often arise during production, where materials frequently exhibit lateral deviation within the roller track. This is actually due to asymmetric force distribution on a single roller set, with greater force on the left causing the material to sway to the right, and vice versa with greater force on the right causing the material to sway to the left.
