1. The principle of uniform load distribution across stages, with the entire roller line uniformly bearing load, ensures even wear and extends the service life of the roller.

2. The use of C12MoV material for rolling mills takes advantage of its wear resistance, but its specific strength and hardness are contradictory. During heat treatment, the red hardness of C12MoV must be utilized, and it requires two or even three tempering cycles after quenching to achieve the desired hardness.

3. The track arc section is the core part of the slider. After the initial forming process, the arc positions should be effectively restrained during the subsequent bending operation. Failure to do so will result in changes to the arc shape during stretching, causing the R value to decrease, forming a triangular shape, with the steel ball not reaching the bottom and resulting in noise from the two points of contact. If the R value increases, it will cause the track to vibrate, leading to blurred tracks during slider use, uneven force distribution, slider deformation, and shortened lifespan.

4. Rolling stability issues often arise during production, where materials tend to sway left or right within the roller tracks. This is actually due to uneven distribution of force on a single roller set; more force on the left causes the material to sway to the right, and vice versa with more force on the right causing the material to sway to the left.
