1. Principle of average force distribution in each pass, uniform force across all roller lines, even wear, and extended roller lifespan.

2. The use of C12MoV material for rolling mill rolls takes advantage of its wear resistance, but there is a contradiction between its strength and hardness. During heat treatment, the red hardness of C12MoV must be utilized. After quenching, two or even three tempering cycles are required to achieve the desired hardness.

3. The track arc section is the core part of the sliding track. After the initial forming of the arc through the first few passes, during the subsequent rolling and bending to form the vertical edge, the formed arc should be effectively constrained through the upper and lower rolls or cross wheels. Otherwise, the arc position of the material will certainly change during the stretching process, becoming smaller and forming a triangle, with the ball not reaching the bottom, resulting in noise from two-point contact. As the R-value increases, it causes the track to vibrate when matched, leading to blurred tracks during sliding track use, uneven force distribution, deformation of the sliding track, and a shortened lifespan.

4. Rolling stability issues: Often encounter the problem of material swinging left and right in the rolling channel during production. In reality, it is due to the uneven distribution of force on a single roller set, where more force is exerted on the left, causing the material to swing to the right; conversely, more force on the right causes the material to swing to the left.
