Cold Roll Forming Machine, Steel Ball Guided Rail Machine Roll Design and Manufacturing Features:
1. Principle of average force distribution across each stage, with uniform force distribution across all roller lines, even wear, and extended roller lifespan.
2. The roller is made of C12MoV material to leverage its wear resistance. However, its specific strength and hardness are contradictory. During heat treatment, the red hardness of C12MoV must be utilized. After quenching, hardness can only be achieved through two or even three tempering cycles.
3. The track arc section is the core part of the sliding track. After the initial forming of the arc, when bending the vertical edges in subsequent passes, the formed arc should be effectively restrained using either the upper and lower rolling mills or cross wheels. Otherwise, the arc position of the material will certainly change during the stretching process, resulting in the R value becoming triangular, the ball not reaching the bottom, causing noise from the two-point contact. As the R value increases, it may cause the track to vibrate, making the sliding track's path unclear during use, unevenly distributed forces, deforming the track, and shortening its lifespan.
4. Rolling stability issues: During production, we frequently encounter the problem of material shifting left or right within the rolling track. This is actually due to uneven force distribution on a single roller set, where the left side experiences more force, causing the material to shift to the right; conversely, the right side experiencing more force causes the material to shift to the left.
