Bend machines can be broadly categorized into CNC bend machines and hydraulic bend machines, among others. The applications of bend machines include: hydraulic bend machines are mainly used in electrical construction, public and railway infrastructure, boiler, bridge, ship, furniture, decoration, and other pipeline installation and repair work. They offer multiple functions, reasonable structure, simple operation, easy mobility, and quick installation. This machine, in addition to bending capabilities, can also be used as a hydraulic jack for the cylinder, making it more cost-effective and user-friendly compared to CNC bend machines, and thus dominating the domestic bend machine market. CNC bend machines can perform coiling bends on pipes at room temperature, either a single bend radius (single mode) or two bend radii (double mode), and are widely used in the bending of various pipe fittings and wires in industries such as automotive and air conditioning. Bend machines are primarily used for the plastic deformation of pipes.
