Color coated steel sheets are produced by applying one or more layers of liquid paint to cold-rolled steel strips or galvanized steel strips (electro-galvanized and hot-dip galvanized) as the base material, which have undergone surface pretreatment (degreasing and chemical treatment). The paint is applied using a roller coating method, and the coated sheets are then baked and cooled to achieve the final product.
