Color coated steel sheets are produced by rolling a cold-rolled strip steel or galvanized strip steel (electro-galvanized or hot-dip galvanized) as the base material on a continuous mill, followed by surface pretreatment (degreasing and chemical treatment). A single or multiple layers of liquid paint are then applied by roller coating, and the coated sheets are baked and cooled to obtain the final product.
