Color-coated steel sheet is produced on a continuous mill, using cold-rolled steel strip and galvanized steel strip (electro-galvanized and hot-dip galvanized) as the base material. The surface is pre-treated (degreasing and chemical treatment) before applying one or more layers of liquid paint through roller coating. The sheets are then baked and cooled to achieve the final product.
