Color coated steel sheets are produced on continuous mills, using cold-rolled steel strips and galvanized steel strips (electro-galvanized and hot-dip galvanized) as substrates. After surface pretreatment (degreasing and chemical treatment), they are coated with one or more layers of liquid paint using the roller coating method. The coated sheets are then baked and cooled to obtain the finished material.
