Color coated steel sheet is produced on a continuous mill using cold-rolled steel strip and galvanized steel strip (electro-galvanized and hot-dip galvanized) as the base material. After surface pretreatment (degreasing and chemical treatment), the strip is coated with one or more layers of liquid paint using the roller coating method. The coated sheets are then baked and cooled to obtain the finished product.
