Pre-stressed steel stranded wire, galvanized steel stranded wire for electrical use, and stainless steel stranded wire, where pre-stressed steel stranded wire coated with anti-corrosion grease or paraffin and then wrapped with HDPE is referred to as unbonded pre-stressed steel stranded wire.Pre-stressed steel strand, also known as nded steel strand, is available in galvanized or galvanized aluminum alloy wire.

(2) Categorized by material characteristics

Steel stranded wire, aluminum-clad steel stranded wire, and stainless steel stranded wire.

(3) By structural classification

Pre-stressed steel wire strand, divided by the number of wires, can be 7-wire, 2-wire, 3-wire, and 19-wire, with the 7-wire structure being commonly used.

Galvanized steel strand and aluminum clad steel strand for electrical use are also categorized by the number of wires, such as 2, 3, 7, 19, 37 structures, with the 7-wire structure being commonly used.

(4) By Surface Coating Classification

It can be categorized into smooth steel strand, galvanized steel strand, epoxy-coated steel strand, aluminum-clad steel strand, copper-coated steel strand, and sheathed steel strand, etc.
