
1. Make every effort to ensure the waterstop steel plate is on the centerline of the wall.
2. The welding between the two steel plates must be full and double-sided, with the overlap not less than 20mm.
3. Corner treatment of walls: 1. Whole sheet metal bending; 2. T-shaped welding; 3. 7-shaped welding.
4. Support welding for waterstop steel plates can be achieved by spot welding small rebars onto the main steel bars.
5. When the waterstop steel plate passes through the column stirrups, the stirrups can be cut to form an open stirrup, which is then welded onto the steel plate.
6. The "opening" of the waterstop steel plate faces the incoming water surface.
