Electrophoretic Assembly Tank
Electrophoretic assembly tank main components: electrophoretic steel plate, high polymer composite sealant, self-locking bolts, reinforced angle steel, mixing equipment, feeding and discharging units, positive and negative pressure equipment, etc.
Electro-phoresis steel sheets are processed from special steel plates, then undergo multiple treatments including acid pickling, phosphatizing, and electro-phoresis. The protective layer formed by the electro-phoresis coating not only prevents corrosion but also exhibits strong resistance to acids and alkalis, and has excellent anti-abrasion properties. The joints between electro-phoresis steel sheets are interconnected with overlapping sections in all directions and secured with self-locking bolts. High molecular compound sealant is embedded between the overlapping plates, which hardens into rubber, offering high elasticity, resistance to extreme cold, and excellent weather resistance. The top of the self-locking bolts is wrapped in plastic for strong corrosion resistance, and the bolt root features a four-tenon mechanism with self-locking capability. This assembly structure meets the requirements for fast, low-waste installation. The corrosion-resistant properties of electro-phoresis boards are particularly suitable for use in the biogas energy sector, where the tank's electro-phoresis steel sheet cover can maintain a pressure of 5kPa. The tank can also be combined with an integrated double-membrane flexible gas storage cabinet to form a unitized fermentation gas production and storage system.
