Primarily involves the following steps:
One, establish biogas digesters or anaerobic fermentation tanks. The biogas digester refers to civil engineering, typically underground and ranging from a few cubic meters to thousands of cubic meters. The civil engineering includes basic facilities such as feed-in ponds, mixing tanks, sedimentation ponds, etc.
2. Desulfurizer, steam-water separator, water-seal device, primarily used for desulfurizing biogas to remove sulfur compounds, followed by the steam-water separator to remove a small amount of moisture from the biogas, and then the water-seal device for fire prevention.
Three, there are generally four types of gas cylinders: double membrane gas cylinders, wet gas cylinders, single membrane gas cylinders, and red mud gas storage bags.
Four, utilizing biogas, the gas composition in the gas holder is methane. Flammable gas, suitable for power generation, heating, and providing cooking services for users. For heating purposes, a dual-purpose boiler for biogas and coal is required, with the size of the boiler depending on the gas production.
