The double-membrane gas storage cabinet is primarily composed of the bottom membrane, inner membrane, outer membrane, constant pressure control cabinet, protector, and some control equipment and auxiliary materials. Made from specially processed polyester material, it boasts resistance to ultraviolet rays and various microorganisms, high fire resistance, and compliance with European standards.
The base film is primarily used for basic sealing, achieving advantages such as anti-corrosion, anti-leakage, simplified installation, and long service life that traditional infrastructure cannot match. The inner film is designed and manufactured in a spherical cross-section, connecting to the base film or fermentation tank mouth to form an independent sealed space for storing various gases. The outer film space maintains a constant air pressure output, providing protection for the inner film, and its cross-section connects to the edge of the base film or the fermentation tank mouth. Our company's self-designed and manufactured automated gas collection and constant pressure system creates an independent storage space with a constant pressure between the inner and outer films, serving as a stable gas holder and maintaining constant pressure.
Application Range:
A variety of neutral gases storage, including biogas, air, carbon dioxide, oxygen, etc.
Operating Principle:
The double-membrane gas storage cabinet consists of an inner membrane, an intermediate membrane, and an outer membrane, forming two compartments. The inner membrane space serves as the gas storage area for various gases, while the space between the outer and inner membranes acts as a pressure regulation space. As the stored gas increases, the inner membrane stretches, and the control equipment releases pressure-regulating air from the outer membrane to free up some capacity. When the inner membrane has less stored gas, the control equipment injects air into the pressure regulation layer to balance the pressure inside the cabinet and stabilize the stiffness of the outer membrane. (In essence, using a soft spherical body as the gas storage cabinet, when the stored gas volume decreases, the control equipment automatically inflates air to fill the gap, and when the stored gas increases, the protector releases air to balance the pressure. To prevent gas mixing, the stored gas is isolated from the air using the inner membrane.)
Raw Materials:
The double-membrane gas storage cabinets utilize imported German film materials, made from specially processed polyester, coated with polyvinyl chloride on both sides. They possess resistance to ultraviolet radiation and various microorganisms, are highly wear-resistant, and the seams are fused using HF technology. The primary material of the film is PVDF (polytetrafluoroethylene), offering functions such as corrosion resistance, anti-aging, anti-microbial, and UV protection, and the flame retardancy reaches B1 level. The tensile strength of the film exceeds 4000N/5cm, and the inner membrane of the gas cabinets is a corrosion-resistant product, with a service life expected to be over 25 years.
