Eco-friendly slope protection geotextile reinforcement mats are soil mats made of polypropylene material. This synthetic material combines the perfect erosion resistance of geotextile mats, offering higher mechanical tensile strength and enhanced erosion resistance. They are widely used for surface erosion protection on slopes. The mats are assembled using a modular design, with covers, side panels, end panels, and bottom panels produced and assembled into a cage. Each part is wrapped and bound with helical steel wire, and all the edges of the cage are reinforced with thick wires to strengthen the geotextile reinforcement mats.
The ecological slope reinforcement geotextile mat combo offers excellent compatibility: easy to process and transport, can be bundled into various shapes according to design specifications, and adapts to the shapes of slopes, beaches, and embankments.
Self-permeability: The voids in the reinforced MacAdam mat facilitate the drainage of pore water from the backfill soil, reducing the pore water pressure within the soil mass, ensuring the shear strength of the soil, and promoting the overall stability of the structure; simultaneously, it saves the costs associated with the drainage facilities required for traditional retaining structures, thereby reducing the overall construction cost of the structure.
