Basic Introduction
Galvanized wire mesh baskets are woven into hexagonal mesh (hexagonal mesh) by machines twisting a single wire twice, with thickness ranging from 0.15m to 0.5m (including 0.5m). Also known as stone baskets and padding, the stone basket pads are divided into several cells by partitions. To enhance the structural strength of the stone basket pads, all panel edges are made with wires of larger diameters.
The stone笼mat is categorized into two main types: surface metal coating and surface PVC/PE coating. The metal wire diameter used varies according to the size of the hexagonal shape. The production process involves weaving, cutting, edge locking, and binding to form the stone笼 and mat. The stone笼 and mat are supplied in a folded state.
Basic Parameters

The length of the double-stranded twist must not be less than 50mm to ensure that the metal coating and PVC coating of the wires in the twist section are not damaged.

The wire mesh range is from 2mm to 4mm.

Surface Treatment
Electroplated zinc. Zinc coating: 10g/m². Poor corrosion resistance.

3. Galfan (Aluminum-Zinc Alloy). This is available in two types of materials: Zinc-5% Aluminum-Mixed Rare Earth Alloy Wire and Zinc-10% Aluminum Mixed Rare Earth Alloy Wire. Strong corrosion resistance.
4. PVC Coated. The coating thickness typically covers 1.0mm, for instance: after coating, 2.7mm becomes 3.7mm. Strong corrosion resistance.
