Integrated Water Purification System Process

Overview

The integrated water purifier combines the essence of flocculation, sedimentation, effluent discharge, backwashing, and water collection and filtration processes. It operates automatically without human intervention, making it a crucial unit for achieving waterworks automation. Paired with the JY type automatic dosing unit and disinfection equipment, it can become a fully functional water purification station (factory). This series of water purification units not only has a wide application range and excellent treatment effect, with excellent output water quality, but also consumes less water and energy, occupies less space, saves electricity and water, reduces labor costs, and eliminates the need for auxiliary pumps and facilities, making it a new energy-saving product.

1. Suitable for waterworks in rural, urban, and industrial and mining enterprises that use rivers, lakes, reservoirs, and other water bodies with turbidity less than 3000 mg/L as their water source, serving as the primary water purification equipment.

2. For lakes with water sources that are low in temperature, turbidity, and have seasonal algae, they possess unique adaptability.

3. Pre-treatment equipment for high-purity water, beverage industry water, boiler water, etc.

4. Suitable for various industrial circulating water systems, effectively and significantly improving the quality of recycled water.

Performance Advantages

1. Beyond managing the primary pump room and dosing system, the water purification unit itself, from reaction, flocculation, sedimentation, sludge collection, sludge discharge, water collection, water distribution, filtration, backflushing, to effluent discharge, operates in an automated manner. The on-duty personnel are only required to conduct regular water quality monitoring and testing; there is no need for operational management of the water purification unit.

2. High concentration flocculent layer allows for sufficient collision and contact between impurity particles in raw water, increasing the likelihood of adsorption. This enables it to adapt to various raw water temperatures and turbidity levels, with a high removal rate of impurity particles. Under certain operational conditions, it also has algae removal capabilities.

3. Fast-acting mud concentrate chamber and adjustable automatic mud discharge system, ensuring timely removal of excess mud and impurities, thereby guaranteeing a stable removal rate of impurities.
