Suction DredgerOverview

(1) This vessel is a general-purpose jet suction dredger. It is a non-self-propelled, steel, integral box-type structure. The bow is equipped with an open档elevator dredging device. Two lateral winches are designed and installed on both sides of the bow to assist the fixed winch at the stern in moving the vessel for construction purposes. A propulsion propeller is mounted at the stern for the vessel's free navigation.

(2) The sand and mud extracted from this vessel are handled by the cargo pump inside the hold.(Volute, pump housing, and liner are made of Cr26 material)Used in conjunction with high-pressure jet pumps.Driven by a diesel engine via a high-elastic coupling to the ship's gear box.

(3) This vessel is equipped with one main diesel engine, one auxiliary diesel engine to drive a high-pressure water pump, and the high-pressure water pump uses a mid-open type supercharged centrifugal pump.

(4) One single-rod diesel-driven sand pump hoist.

(5) A diesel generator set is provided to power the entire vessel.

(6) The entire vessel is blast-coated with paint and equipped with night working lighting.
