Suction DredgerOverview

(1) This vessel is a general-purpose jet suction dredger. It is a non-self-propelled, steel, monocoque-structured ship. The bow features an open-type deployment and retractable dredging device. The bow is equipped with two transverse winches, which, along with the fixed winch at the stern, facilitate the vessel's positioning and construction. A propulsion propeller is installed at the stern to enable the vessel's free navigation.

(2) The vessel's mud and sand extraction is via the hull sludge pumpImpeller, pump casing, and liner are made of Cr26 material.Complimented with a high-pressure jet pump.Driven by a diesel engine via a high-flexible coupling to the marine gear box.

(3) This vessel is equipped with one main diesel engine, one auxiliary diesel engine that drives a high-pressure water pump, and the high-pressure water pump features a mid-open type supercharged centrifugal pump.

(4) One single-rod diesel-driven sand pump.

(5) A diesel generator set powers the entire vessel's electrical needs.

(6) The entire vessel is blast-washed and painted, equipped with night work lighting.
