How to handle abnormal aeration during the operation of shallow gas flotation?

Improper operation of the shallow gas flotation process can lead to abnormal aeration. So, what should we adjust if abnormal aeration occurs?

Shut off the air-soluble pump outlet valve and stop the air-soluble pump.

2. Open the purification valve to cause the water in the shallow air float to swirl for 2 minutes, then adjust the purification valve to 5 threads.

3. Turn on the aeration pump, slowly open the outlet valve to 45°, then check if the pressure gauge on the aeration tank is between 0.4-0.5 Mpa. If the pressure is reached, the aeration pump is operating normally. If the pressure is not achieved, you need to restart the aeration pump.

4. After the aeration pump is turned on, observe the aeration condition. If the aeration volume is high, continue to open the aeration pump outlet to full or a large aeration valve, or a large air valve to full or a large aeration valve.

5. Due to both the pressure relief valve and flowmeter being faulty, the two sides of the purification duct are regulated with the same valve.

6. The inlet valve of the dissolved air tank is fully opened to 90°.

7. Typically, both sides of the purification air valve are open with two threads, the solenoid pump outlet valve is fully open, and the inlet valve of the solenoid tank is kept fully open for a long time.

When using the same shallow gas flotation aeration tube for different aeration, the tube valves can be adjusted at any time. Open half the valve near the venting tank opening, then open to 3/4 in the middle, and wider as you move further away, allowing for adjustments at any time.
