Working Principle
Shallow Layer Floating is an advanced rapid floating system that, based on traditional floating theory, successfully applies the "shallow layer theory" and "zero-speed" principle. The main equipment consists of a pond body, a rotating water distribution mechanism, a dissolved air release mechanism, a frame mechanism, and a water collection mechanism. The inlet, outlet, and sludge discharge outlet are all concentrated within the pond body area. The water distribution mechanism, water collection mechanism, and dissolved air release mechanism are all tightly connected to the frame and rotate around the center of the pond body.
Surface aeration occurs as raw water enters the mixing reactor, where coagulants and flocculants are added to the pipeline mixing reactor to form separable flocs. These flocs are mixed with microbubbles (bubble diameter range: 5-10 um) released by the dissolved air release mechanism. The microbubbles adhere to the flocs in the wastewater, creating air floats with a specific gravity less than water. The air floats rise to the surface, coalesce into floating oil (or sludge), and are scraped off by an oil (sludge) scraper into the collection tank.
Model Significance

Application Fields
· Algae removal and turbidity reduction for river water, as well as for scenic water use.
· Wastewater pretreatment and sludge thickening.
· Pulp recovery from papermaking white water and reuse of clear water.
· Dyeing and finishing wastewater color and impurity removal.
· Removal of various heavy metal ions from electroplating wastewater.
· Separation of refining wastewater and oil contamination.
· Leather wastewater impurities removal.
· Seawater Desalination Pretreatment
Technical Advantages
· High purity, with over 98% of suspended particles removed.
· Compact and lightweight, the equipment is easy to transport and install, and consumes less electricity.
· Short stay, just 3-5 minutes, high efficiency.
· High surface load, large purification treatment volume.
· Utilizing the "zero-speed" principle, forced water distribution and in/outflow are both static, significantly reducing disturbance to water flocs, resulting in instant sludge removal and higher stability.
· Utilizes the "Shallow Pond Theory," with an effective pond depth of only 730mm, occupying a small area.
· Utilizing a non-blocking release mechanism to enhance the utilization efficiency of dissolved air water while ensuring the stability of the flotation equipment.
· The processing effect is stable, and mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation achieve integrated control.
