Operating Principle
The vortex aeration process utilizes the high-speed rotation of the diffuser wheel at the bottom of the air supply pipe to create a vacuum zone in the water. Air on the liquid surface is then introduced into the water by the aeration machine to fill the vacuum, resulting in the formation of microbubbles. These bubbles spiral up to the water surface, carrying oxygen from the air into the water as well.
Due to the imbalance in density between the gas-water mixture and the liquid, a vertical upward buoyancy is generated, carrying the solid particles to the surface. During the rising process, microbubbles adhere to the suspended particles, allowing the solid particles to be supported and maintained on the surface by these bubbles, and then scraped into the sludge zone by a scraper.
