Working Principle and Theory
The Lanmela Sedimentation System is based on the "Shallow Pond Theory" proposed by Professor Hazen of Germany in the early 20th century. Its core principle is that sedimentation capacity is related to the area of the sedimentation pond, not the depth.
The LAMIRA settling area is the cumulative projection area of the inclined plate (as shown in the following schematic diagram).
Model Significance

Application Fields
· Industrial Production Water Supply
· Pulp & Paper Mill
· Iron and steel industry, phosphorus removal
· Metal hydroxide wastewater
· Municipal Sewage
· Dyeing and printing wastewater
· Electroplating wastewater
· Leather wastewater impurity removal
Technical Advantages
· The ground is small: Extend the inclined plate to improve the separator's separation efficiency, saving 1.5 to 2 times the area.
· Even distribution of water: Achieved through equal resistance water distribution and direct collection of supernatant, ensuring balanced water distribution for each inclined plate set.
· No hydraulic dead ends or eddies
· Non-clogging slant board: 60-degree slant angle, board spacing 8~10cm, and reverse flushing pipe installed in the slant board area
· Durable & Robust: Constructed with 6mm rigid PVC or 2mm stainless steel sheets as separation plates, modular blocks for easy installation, high strength, and easy cleaning and maintenance.
· Smooth mud draining: The mud斗is equipped with a scraper (concentrator) to ensure solid sediment does not cake, clog, or accumulate.
