Operating Principle

The peripheral drive mud scraper is composed of main components such as the working bridge, scraper arm and mud scraper assembly, central support, drive mechanism, collector, electrical control box, and accessories like the outlet triangular weir plate, flow stabilizer tube, slag挡板, and floating scum scraper.

The work bridge is driven by a driving mechanism installed around it, rotating around a central support mounted on a pier at the center of the pond. The scraper suspended under the work bridge pulls a logarithmic spiral scraper, collecting sludge settled at the bottom of the pond into a central mud collection pit. Scum on the liquid surface is concentrated in a constricted area formed by the scraper and side baffles, then scraped into a collection bin and removed from the pond.

Primarily used for sludge removal from radial primary and secondary sedimentation tanks, also suitable for sludge removal from thickening tanks, this is a new type of scraper.

· Equipment can be manufactured to user-specific dimensions. Parts in contact with water can be made of stainless steel.
