Operating Principle
This aeration system utilizes the principle of jet aeration. At working pressures of approximately 0.3-0.5 Mpa, it draws in a large volume of air within a short time through the high-speed movement of water in the nozzle and mixing tube. The air is then rapidly cut into microbubbles within the mixing tube and dissolved to the maximum extent in the water, forming supersaturated aeration water. Subsequent pressure reduction releases a substantial number of microbubbles with diameters ranging from 5-10 um. These microbubbles combine with water colloids to form stable aerated flocs, which float to the surface together, completing the separation of floc matter.
Model Significance

Technical Advantages
·Simple structure, compact design
·High efficiency, stable performance
·Electrical control is simple and reliable. High level of automation allows for remote control as well as on-site operation.
·Overcame the problem of blockages in various conventional aeration devices, achieving true continuous "blockage-free" operation.
·The dissolved air system can be adjusted according to the varying characteristics of wastewater, positioning it at different stages within the treatment process. By modifying the dissolved air pump, injector, and release unit, the entire system can seamlessly align with the wastewater treatment process and water quality. This maximizes the efficiency of the dissolved air system, significantly enhancing the overall efficiency of wastewater treatment.
