High-Damping Isolation Rubber Sup

HDR high-damping isolation rubber supports are divided into fixed-type and sliding-type isolation supports based on their functional forms. The fixed-type supports achieve displacement through rubber shear deformation, with the horizontal shear of the rubber able to withstand significant horizontal forces. According to their connection structures, they are further categorized into Type I and Type II. These types achieve vibration reduction and isolation through the large displacement shear deformation and hysteresis energy dissipation of high-damping rubber in the horizontal direction.
Ⅰ Type - The support is connected to the pier and beam with sleeve joints. Pre-buried steel plates are set on both the top and bottom surfaces of the support. The upper and lower support plates and sleeves are connected with anchor bolts, and the pre-buried steel plates and sleeves are joined with matched welding.
Type II - The support is connected to the pier and beam with sleeve joints; no pre-buried steel plate is installed on the bottom surface of the support. The bottom steel plate and the sleeve are connected with anchor bolts, the pre-buried plate on top and the top steel plate are connected with dovetail joints, and the pre-buried steel plate on top and the sleeve are connected with matched welding.

Example:
HDR(Ⅰ)-D900-G10/8-e168 indicates a circular fixed high-damping isolation rubber bearing with HDR(Ⅰ)series, diameter of 900mm, rubber design shear modulus of 1.06MPa, design angle of 0.008rad, and design shear displacement of ±168mm; the model without the number is UUHDR(Ⅰ)-D900-G10UU.
HDR(Ⅱ)-350×400-G8/8-e56 indicates a HDR(Ⅱ) rectangular fixed high-damping isolation rubber bearing with a longitudinal bridge dimension of 350mm, a transverse bridge dimension of 400mm, a rubber design shear modulus of 0.80MPa, a design angle of 0.008rad, and a design shear displacement of ±56mm; the abbreviated model is UUHDR(Ⅱ)-350×400-G8UU.
HDR-D300-H/8-e100 indicates a HDR circular sliding type high damping shock-absorbing rubber bearing with a diameter of 300mm, a design angle of 0.008rad (rubber design shear modulus of 0.64MPa), and a design displacement of ±100mm in the main sliding direction; the model is abbreviated to UUHDR-D300-H/8UU.
HDR-350×400-H/8-e150 indicates: a HDR rectangular sliding type high damping shock absorption rubber bearing with a longitudinal bridge dimension of 350mm, a transverse bridge dimension of 400mm, a design turning angle of 0.008rad (rubber design shear modulus of 0.64MPa), and a design displacement of ±150mm in the main sliding direction; the model is abbreviated as: UUHDR-350×400-H-e150UU.
This series of supports is原则上 installed along the long side of the base in the transverse bridge direction. Considering that the lateral dimensions of the bridge may be limited, a custom-designed rectangular fixed series (such as HDR(Ⅰ/Ⅱ)-AB-G[Z] */ *) has been created, with the arrangement being the long side of the support base laid along the longitudinal bridge direction.
