Roller crushers are suitable for fine crushing operations of materials with compressive strength less than 300MPa, such as clay, coal, coal gangue, coke, limestone, feldspar, cobblestone, steel slag, slag, water slag, nickel ore, iron ore, and various types of ore.

Roller crushers can be categorized into toothed rollers, surfacing rollers, smooth rollers, and wire-drawing rollers based on the user's requirement for the particle size of the finished material. Toothed rollers can be customized according to the characteristics of the material, such as wolf teeth and flat teeth. The inner layer of the surfacing rollers is made of high-quality alloy steel, and the surface is surfacing with wear-resistant materials, which not only have good wear resistance but also strong impact resistance. They can be repaired and reused multiple times after wear, without the need to replace the roller. Smooth rollers are ground from surfacing rollers. Wire-drawing rollers can be pulled into different tooth shapes at an angle to the axis, depending on the user's requirements. According to the user's needs, the adjustment device of the roller crusher can be spring adjustment or hydraulic adjustment, with hydraulic adjustment commonly used for fine crushing operations.
