Four-tooth roller crushers are adjustable crushing equipment suitable for brittle materials with medium hardness or below, such as coal, coal gangue, coke, slag, shale, chemical raw materials, limestone, feldspar, nickel ore, and iron ore.

The four-tooth roller crusher boasts high crushing ratio, no requirement for material moisture content, non-sticky and non-clogging operation, low over-fineness, low noise, low vibration, minimal dust, low power consumption, small footprint, easy maintenance, and adjustable discharge particle size.

The four-tooth roller crusher is composed of a frame, working roller, adjustment device, drive unit, and protective device. The working roller is divided into a fixed roller and a movable roller. The fixed roller is securely fastened to a rigid frame with bolts, while the movable roller is mounted on a slide track. The rear is equipped with an adjustment device, allowing for easy adjustment of the roller gap to meet the requirements of the crushing particle size.

The four-tooth roller crusher's working rolls rotate in opposite directions at a differential speed through V-belts powered by two motors, featuring mutual scrubbing and automatic cleaning. As materials continuously enter between the rolls, those meeting the required particle size automatically fall, while larger-than-gap materials are subjected to combined crushing forces such as compression, splitting, scrubbing, and impact in both axial and radial directions. This results in minimal over-fine material, significantly reducing energy consumption.
