Ring Hammer Crusher

The PCH series ring hammer crushers are impact rotor crushers equipped with hammers. The hammers can rotate with the rotor and also rotate around the hammer shaft. The particle size of the discharge is adjusted by replacing screens of different specifications. The gap between the rotor and the screen can be adjusted as needed through a regulating mechanism. They are suitable for crushing various brittle materials such as coal, coal gangue, coke, slag, red sandstone, shale, loose limestone, etc. The compressive strength of the material should not exceed 100Mpa, and the surface moisture should not be more than 8%.

Note: 1. The particle size of the output material can be selected arbitrarily within the range of 3-60mm. When the particle size of the output material is not greater than 15mm, the production capacity should be 60% of the listed value. When the particle size of the output material is 3mm and the surface moisture of the material is not greater than 10%, the production capacity should be 30% of the listed value.
