PC Hammer Crusher

The main working part of the PC hammer mill is the rotor, which consists of a main shaft, a disk, a hammer shaft, and hammers. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed within the crushing chamber. Material is introduced into the machine through the upper feeding opening and is crushed by the impact, shear, and grinding actions of the high-speed moving hammers. Below the rotor, a sieve plate is installed; particles smaller than the sieve hole size pass through the sieve plate, while coarser particles larger than the sieve hole size remain on the sieve plate to continue being struck and ground by the hammers, and finally, they are discharged out of the machine through the sieve plate.

The PC hammer mill is suitable for crushing brittle, medium-hard materials with surface moisture not exceeding 2% and compressive strength not exceeding 150MPa. It is used in sectors such as coal, metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, and electricity for medium or fine crushing of coal, coal gangue, limestone, shale, feldspar, gypsum, coke, bricks, brown iron ore, gravel, salt, sulfur, and phosphate ore, etc.

The PC hammer mill features lightweight and compact design, simple structure, easy operation and maintenance, high crushing ratio, minimal over-crushing, uniform and fine product particle size, high production capacity, and low energy consumption. The material's compressive strength does not exceed 100MPa, and the humidity is no more than 15%.
