Cutting Shredder

I. Introduction:

The twin-shaft shredder, also known as the twin-shaft shearing-type crusher, primarily features a pair of rotating cutting drums. The cutting shaft is equipped with blades arranged in a spiral pattern. As the material enters the cutting box, it is sheared, torn, and compressed by the intermeshing blades, thereby reducing the size of the material.

1. The knife box is constructed using high-quality steel welding, followed by stress relief and overall machining, ensuring the equipment remains stable and reliable during long-term heavy-duty operation.

2. Modular design for easy maintenance and component replacement.

3. Both moving and fixed knives are made from special alloy tool steel blanks, forged, heat treated multiple times, and precision machined, ensuring consistent overall performance and extending the life of the cutting tools. The fixed knife is mounted using a hook-type installation for quick and efficient maintenance and replacement.

4. The entire machine structure is designed logically, allowing for quick replacement of parts such as bearings, moving knives, and fixed knives. Its sealing structure effectively prevents contact between debris and grease, and also protects bearings and gears when handling liquid materials.

5. The shearing shredder operates at a lower speed, ensuring smooth running and low noise. Its unique shearing method can achieve effective crushing with just a single cut.

6. Microcomputer PLC automatic control, the blade roller reverses automatically upon overload to protect the motor.
