Four-roll Crusher

Four-roll crushers feature high crushing ratio, no requirement for material moisture content, non-sticky and non-blocking operation, low over-fining, low noise, low vibration, low dust emission, low energy consumption, small footprint, easy maintenance, and adjustable discharge particle size.

A four-roll crusher consists of a frame, working rolls, adjustment devices, driving devices, and protective devices. The working rolls are divided into fixed rolls and movable rolls. The fixed rolls are securely fastened to the rigid frame with bolts, while the movable rolls are mounted on slides and equipped with adjustment devices, allowing for easy adjustment of the roll gap to meet the requirements of the crushing particle size.

The four-roll crusher's working rolls rotate in opposite directions at a differential speed, powered by two motors through V-belts, featuring mutual scrubbing and automatic cleaning. As the material continuously enters between the rolls, the material meeting the required particle size falls automatically, while the material larger than the gap is subjected to combined crushing in the form of compression, splitting, scrubbing, and impact in both the axial and radial directions. The resulting over-fine material is minimal, significantly reducing energy consumption.
