Recently, the National Energy Administration issued "Opinions on Accelerating the Digital and Intelligent Development of Energy" (hereinafter referred to as "Opinions"), proposing that energy is the fundamental support for economic and social development. The integration of the energy industry and digital technology is an important engine for promoting the high-level development of China's energy industry and industrial chain in the new era, an effective measure to implement the new strategy of "four revolutions and one cooperation" in energy security and build a new energy system, and it is of great significance to enhance the core competitiveness of the energy industry and promote high-quality development of energy. "The world's energy is transitioning towards clean and low-carbon, with the rapid development of distributed energy, increasing economic feasibility of clean energy, accelerated digital and intelligent development, and the center of energy consumption shifting towards the Asia-Pacific region," pointed out Hua Zhigang, Deputy Director of the Digitalization Center of State Power Investment Corporation. He added that China's energy and power development has welcomed the deep integration of digital technology with energy technology, with the power generation industry showing trends such as promoting flexible peak adjustment of thermal power generation, facilitating the grid integration of new energy, optimizing the development and operation of new energy, improving power generation efficiency and safety reliability, contributing to the construction of smart energy systems, and empowering innovative technological innovation.
