The GC-9860 Transformer Oil (Insulating Oil) Analysis Gas Chromatograph is a multi-functional instrument specifically designed for analyzing the dissolved gas content in insulating oil. It features a dual-column parallel and series configuration with a thermal conductivity detector, a methane conversion furnace, and a dual-hydrogen flame detector. The instrument employs a three-signal simultaneous output technology, enabling a full analysis of nine gas components (H2, O2, N2, CO, CO2, CH4, C2H4, C2H6, C2H2) in the insulating oil with a single sample injection. It boasts strong functionality, excellent performance, good separation effects, high sensitivity, good reproducibility, simple operation, low failure rate, and an aesthetically pleasing design. It fully meets the needs for multi-task detection and analysis of insulating oil, with all performance indicators conforming to national standards.
Performance Features
1. Chinese display and keyboard input, with a large LCD blue screen, rich content display, and abundant information. It can monitor various parameters such as temperature and flow in real-time.
2. Implement automatic monitoring of each heating zone; power to the heating zone will automatically be cut off upon overheating.
3. Equipped with gas cutoff protection, the instrument will automatically alarm and shut off the heating power and thermal conductivity bridge current when the carrier gas pressure drops below 0.1 MPa.
4. Features parameter storage capability; upon power off and subsequent power on, simply turn on the main power switch of the instrument, and it will automatically resume operation from the last shutdown state, achieving the true "plug-and-play" function. Additionally, if the power is cut off and then restored, the instrument will automatically return to the running state before the power outage.
5. Features self-diagnostic capabilities, where the instrument continuously monitors operating parameters in real-time. In the event of system anomalies, the microcomputer system automatically protects the instrument.
6. The airway system features a unique pressure stabilization design, which minimizes the impact of pressure fluctuations during gas sampling on the detector, thereby greatly reducing the influence of the shock peaks on the analysis, ensuring high reproducibility and accuracy of the results.
7. Classic two-box design for the whole machine, featuring advanced electrical and air circuit isolation. This design facilitates operation and maintenance, contributing to a neater and more aesthetically pleasing appearance of the instrument, and further enhancing the safety of instrument operation.
8. Carrier gas, hydrogen, and air are indicated by pressure gauges, making the chromatographic analysis conditions clear at a glance and easy to operate.

10. The instruments are fully debugged before shipment. Once the instrument arrives at the site, the user simply needs to vent and turn on the power to start using it, with operation being extremely simple.
