I. Instrument Introduction
The ATDS-800 Pyrolysis Desorption Instrument is our company's independently developed and launched generation product, directly targeting a wide range of domestic and international users. This instrument is suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis of various gases with boiling points below 350℃ in chemical construction materials, food, atmosphere, and indoor environments. It can be connected to any domestic or foreign gas chromatography or gas chromatography-mass spectrometry instrument. Its level of automation, repeatability, and sensitivity fully meet the new national environmental testing standards recently issued. Additionally, it boasts unique functional advantages and a satisfactory performance-to-price ratio. The fully automated design, touch screen display, and user-friendly operation make it even more convenient to use.
II. Instrument Features and Main Functions
1. The sample transmission pipelines are all made of imported high-inert gas scavenging lines, ensuring no residue or cross-contamination, thereby guaranteeing the reproducibility and accuracy of the sample intake.
2. Microcomputer program control, featuring main functions:
⑴ Method parameter settings, real-time display of working status, and running time.
The analysis area, sampling valve, and sample transfer tube are all individually heated and temperature controlled.
③ Set up the analysis program and press the run button to automatically complete the sample analysis.
④ Can be customized to a room temperature or low temperature secondary desorption unit according to customer requirements.
The GC and chromatography data processing workstation can be started simultaneously, or this device can be initiated by external programs.
3. The machine features an onboard standard sample simulation sampling function, which allows for more convenient preparation of working curves using the thermal desorption instrument.
4. Employed high-temperature six-way valves, capable of operation at temperatures up to 240°C.
5. Automate desorption, sample injection, and reverse-blow cleaning functions through time programming.
6. Sample transfer tubes and sampling valves feature an automatic back-flush function, preventing cross-contamination between different samples.
7. To enhance the convenience and accuracy of using this instrument with imported gas chromatographs, it is equipped with interfaces for various imported instruments, ensuring easy connections.
8. The connection point between the six-way valve and the transmission pipeline is located inside the heated insulation box, with no transmission cold points, ensuring the integrity of the sample.
9. Easy to replace syringe needles, compatible with all GC injection ports of domestic and international models.
10. Integrated design with a compact overall structure; microcomputer control with a full Chinese 7-inch LCD display, simple and convenient operation.
