I. Instrument Introduction

The ATDS-10A fully automatic thermodesorption instrument is a new generation model featuring full automation design, a touch screen display, and enhanced ease of operation, capable of continuously processing 10 samples. It can also be customized to include either ambient temperature or low-temperature secondary desorption components based on customer requirements.

The ATDS-10A full-automatic pyrolysis desorption instrument is compatible with all imported and domestic gas chromatographs, and meets the following standards.

II. Instrument Features and Main Functions

Can automatically run 10 samples without the need for staff supervision.

2. Power-on self-check, fault alarm and prompt, with independent technology for automatic positioning and calibration of the sample tray.

3. Microcomputer program control, featuring main functions:

(1) Method parameter settings, real-time animation display of working status, runtime;

(2) Desorption zone, sample valve, sample transfer tube, and secondary desorption zone; all four are individually heated and temperature-controlled.

(3) Set up the analysis program and press the run button for automatic completion of all sample analysis.

(4) Additional components for ambient temperature or low temperature secondary desorption can be added based on customer requirements.

(5) The GC and chromatography data processing workstation can be started simultaneously, or the device can be initiated by external programs.

4. This unit features an in-built standard sample simulation function, allowing for more convenient creation of working curves via a pyrolysis desorption instrument.

5. Features an integrated sampling tube activation program, which automatically activates sampling tubes after adsorption.

6. Automate desorption, purge吸附, re-desorption, sample injection, and reverse purge cleaning functions via time programming.

7. Utilize electronic cooling and a two-stage thermal desorption process to ensure narrow chromatographic peak shapes.

8. Sample transfer tubes and sampling valves feature an automatic backflushing function, preventing cross-contamination between different samples.

9. To enhance the convenience and accuracy of using this gas chromatograph with imported models, it is equipped with interfaces compatible with various imported instruments, ensuring easy connections.

10. Optional: Elastic quartz tubes for sample conveyance can be added for the analysis of active substances.

11. Sample needle replacement is convenient, compatible with all GC injection ports of models from both domestic and international brands.

Desorption 1 temperature control range:

Room temperature — adjustable from 400℃ with increments of 1℃.

2. Valve inlet system temperature control range:

Room temperature — adjustable from 220°C, with increments of 1°C.

3. Sample transmission pipeline temperature control range:

Room Temperature — 240°C, adjustable at an increment of 1°C.

(The temperature control of the transmission pipeline is implemented with low-voltage power supply for operational safety.)

Room temperature — 400℃ with adjustable increments of 1℃.

5. Cold Trap Temperature Control Range:

-35°C to 50°C, adjustable in increments of 1°C
