The GC-9860 Gas Chromatograph is a multi-functional laboratory analytical instrument controlled by a microcomputer. It utilizes imported integrated circuit technology, boasts excellent anti-interference capability, features self-diagnosis for instrument faults, as well as power failure, over-temperature, and gas interruption protection functions, and a stable gas pathway system. The structure is simple and rational, easy to operate, and allows for flexible configuration of the FID, TCD, ECD, FPD, and NPD detectors. It also supports additional gas injector, reformer, and dual capillary system installations. Widely used in the petroleum, chemical, pesticide, white spirit, health and epidemic prevention, environmental protection, as well as in universities and research departments.

Microcomputer Control Circuit System
1. The instrument features a full machine automatic micro-motion control system, adjustable LCD display with rich and intuitive content, touch keyboard with Chinese characters, digital zero adjustment, automatic ignition, and convenient setting of various operation data.
2. Features a brand-new dual-CPU design and original, high-integrated Japanese electronic circuit technology, offering excellent reliability and anti-interference capabilities. The temperature control precision reaches 0.1°C, with the display accuracy up to 0.01°C, and it can simultaneously show the power consumption percentage of each heating section.
3. The main control circuit utilizes a microprocessor and incorporates a large-capacity storage, ensuring more reliable data preservation.
4. Features power failure protection and automatic memory of setting parameters; equipped with surge protection and stopwatch timing function.
5. Features over-temperature protection. When the temperature exceeds the set limit, the instrument will stop heating, automatically alarm, and prompt a fault on the display.
6. The product features an air-cut protection and alert function, safeguarding the TCD tungsten filament and chromatography column from damage.
7. Features a wide-range fault self-diagnosis function, with fault diagnosis information displayed in real-time, showing the cause and solution to the issue.
8. The instrument computer is connected to the internet, allowing remote connection to the instrument via a computer, enabling remote data collection and management. This enhances the flexibility of the device and promotes the effective use of the laboratory.
9. The column chamber features a variable-frequency intelligent door opening automatic cooling system, which cools down very quickly (it takes only 5 minutes to drop from 280℃ to 50℃), achieving near-room temperature operation in its truest sense.
10. Six-way Temperature Control: Suitable for multi-way temperature control needs such as installation of conversion furnaces. The column chamber, vaporization chamber, hydrogen flame detection chamber, thermal conductivity detection chamber, auxiliary 1, and auxiliary 2 all feature modular design for easier installation and replacement.
11. Equipped with a variety of detectors for selection, including FID, TCD, ECD, and FPD.
